Silverspoon Cafe sits comfortably on Norfolk Street in King’s Lynn, carving out its niche as a dependable spot for breakfast and casual meals throughout the day. It’s the kind of place where locals drop in regularly—whether for a hearty morning feast or a laid-back lunch—and find a warm, familiar atmosphere that encourages staying a while longer.

From the moment you step inside, the vibe is straightforward and welcoming rather than polished or trendy. The seating is practical, perfectly suited for families, small groups, or solo visitors looking to enjoy a quiet moment with a mug of tea or coffee. It’s clear the cafe caters to everyday routines; early risers here start their day with full English breakfasts served piping hot and generous enough to satisfy even a big appetite.

The menu reflects this unpretentious approach. Beyond traditional breakfast staples—like various omelettes, bacon and eggs, and the signature full breakfast—there’s a surprising range including lasagne with chips, fish and chips, and mixed grills that hint at heartier lunch options. Despite these hearty portions, the kitchen keeps things fresh and well-prepared, striking a balance between homely comfort food and solid quality.

Service at Silverspoon leans toward efficient and friendly, the kind of place where staff remember regulars and handle orders swiftly without fuss. Guests with dietary restrictions, including gluten-free needs, have found suitable options too, which adds to its appeal as an accessible neighborhood cafe.

Prices here might feel a little steeper than a typical greasy spoon, but many patrons note that the size and quality of the portions justify the spend. For those in King’s Lynn looking to combine a warm atmosphere with satisfying food and a relaxed pace—especially during weekday mornings or weekend brunch hours—Silverspoon offers reliable, no-frills comfort.

Overall, Silverspoon feels like a sturdy fixture in the local breakfast scene, ideal for anyone who values straightforward, well-cooked food and an unhurried, friendly environment.

On holiday to our Grandparent's and they had us visit here for brunch. I've not a single negative thing to say! I was left speechless at the portion size and quality of food served. The efficiency of service as well as from order to table. Staff were incredible and very accommodating! I admit, prices may seem high, but you genuinely get your moneys worth! Highly recommend to everyone! Will definitely be returning! 10/10 5 A++++

I recently visited Silverspoon Café and was really impressed. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a relaxed charm that makes you want to stay longer than planned. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The menu has a great selection, with something to suit everyone. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. My meal was delicious, and the coffee was excellent – rich, smooth, and clearly made with care. What stood out most was the balance between quality and value. You get generous portions without compromising on taste. It’s the kind of place that works equally well for a quick stop or a leisurely meal. Overall, Silverspoon Café is a gem – a mix of great food, excellent service, and a lovely atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a café that feels both homely and special.

Good Breakfast with good portions. Wife loves the jacket potato’s here. Tasty ice cream with classic cafe desserts like banana longboat overall great value meals. Ketchup could do with being little better quality as it let down the breakfast.
